Orders & Delivery
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via card, PayPal, or cash on delivery.
We deliver from 8 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM.
Yes! Once your order is dispatched you will receive an SMS and email with a live tracking link.
There is no minimum order. However, orders above $30 qualify for free delivery.
Products & Quality
The majority of our products are certified organic. Each product page clearly labels whether it is organic, locally sourced, or conventional.
All produce is harvested within 24–48 hours of delivery and stored in temperature-controlled facilities to maximise freshness.
Yes — you can filter by dietary preference on our products page, including gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, and more.
Payments & Refunds
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and cash on delivery (selected areas).
If you are not satisfied with the quality of any item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will issue a full refund or replacement at no charge.
Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. We never store your card details.
Account & Vendors
Click "Sell on FreshMart" in the footer and complete the vendor application. Our team reviews applications within 2 business days.
Yes — log in and click the heart icon on any product to add it to your wishlist. Access it anytime from your account dashboard.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. Contact support or use the cancel button in your order history.
