Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime from your My Orders page.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping times vary by country (typically 7–14 business days). Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (fresh produce, food items)
- Digital products and downloads
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
How to Return
- Go to My Orders and find your order.
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return label within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely and drop it at any courier location.
- Once received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
