Vendors are independent third parties responsible for the products they list. MarketVault Pro is a marketplace facilitator and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of vendor products. Disputes between buyers and vendors should be directed to our support team for mediation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including logos, design, text, and software — is the property of MarketVault Pro or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
9. Limitation of Liability
